Recycling Day in Chandigarh

Chandigarh was designed in a grid pattern with numbered sectors. A bit charmless and unIndian and full of brutalist concrete buildings. We walked to the shopping area which called itself Sector 17 Plaza. A bit like Coventry but warmer.
