The Ganges runs quite fast here so there are metal railings along the riverbank to stop people being swept away whilst bathing. Also, a canal area has been built where the water is much calmer. There were many more people in the water here than in Varanasi and it had much more of a feeling of family fun. And also there was a golden clock tower! If you see orange water containers, I think they are sold to people who want to take Ganges water home.
